Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact customer service at info@goodfootskates.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Product should be returned in new condition with packaging (where possible) and any accessories included in the original shipment. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Skate boxes must be placed inside of another box for shipping. Damaged or worn items or items returned without all components, will not be accepted. If items are returned without authorization in used condition, a partial refund will be given at the discretion of Good Foot Skates. In the event that no refund can be given due to condition or missing parts, the customer will be required to pay for shipping items back to them.

Your satisfaction is our goal! We work diligently to make sure orders are processed and shipped accurately. If we’ve made a mistake, please let us know! We will work to correct our error at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
Fast Exchange: Place a new order online today and we'll get it shipped out to you ASAP. Then ship your original order back to us and we will refund you for the original item as soon as we receive it.
Standard Exchange: Send your original item(s) back to the address above. Once your returned item(s) are processed an invoice will be sent to you for a flat shipping rate of $8.00 that covers shipping, handling and packaging. After that invoice gets paid we'll send out the new item(s).
The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on all returns and exchanges.
Please note- there are other factors besides length of foot that effect sizing. If you need assistance or advice on how to measure your feet, please contact us. We are happy to assist with fitting, but note that the final size determination is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for sizing issues. We highly recommend following the size charts provided by the brand for that particular skate.
If your product arrives with a factory defect, we will work with the manufacturer to get a replacement or refund. Please note, depending on the brand, you may be required to ship the product at your own cost and be reimbursed at a later date for warranty issues. Also note that if your return doesn’t justify a warranty claim, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to and from the manufacturer. If you are unsure and would like some guidance, please send an email to info@goodfootskates.com. Be sure to include the details of your skate, the issue, and pictures clearly identifying the possible issue.
Shipping Policy
We are currently experiencing pick-up and delivery delays with USPS. Because of this, we do not guarantee shipping times.
Orders placed will have a 1-2 day shipping and handling time. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
Expedited shipping times apply once the package is picked up by the carrier, and does not include processing and packaging time. If you need expedited shipping we highly recommend using the shipping calculator available on the courier's website to insure your package will arrive when you wish it to. Orders made on Friday will ship the following Monday. *Holiday hours may change shipping times.
Please note that once the package is picked up by the carrier, Good Foot Skates cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft. If you would like greater peace of mind, please utilize Route at checkout. Route charges a nominal fee to protect your purchase in the event the package is damaged, lost or stolen. *Terms and conditions apply. Please read for more information: Route Protection Policies. If you opt out of Route package protection, Good Foot Skates will not be liable for refund, replacement or reimbursement of your purchase. You will need to contact the carrier's customer service.
